Improve the display of error messages in the “manage notifications screen”
Add an “all questions” tab to the topics view (the view you reach from the left navigation bar). In this tab you can see all questions from the instance.
Add an “information” tab to the topics view (the view you reach from the left navigation bar). The tab contains links to the documentation, to this page and to the support portal.
Respect template and width defined in the hosting topic rather than the current topic (only relevant when asking a question from a higher level topic in a hierarchical topic setup)

Respect labels of templates.
Allow content managers to feature questions. Featured questions will always show up before other questions in the overview.
We decided to change the locking feature rolled out two days ago in the following way: there is no need to opt-in - content managers can always lock questions. The creator of a question however can’t lock questions.
